Thanks to Sanjay sir who has been training me for a couple of months, i am able to push myself and see a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ T-Rex Fitness is one of the best gyms the area. They have all the equipment and it's very well maintained. The trainers are very helpful and friendly. Sanjay sir is especially good. I've had him as my personal trainer for a few months now and he's been very motivating and always pushing us to do more. I definitely see a difference in my strength and I'm very happy with my overall experience! Definitely recommend both Sanjay sir and T-Rex Gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is well maintained and is sanitized regularly, all the equipments are also well maintained and enough space and equipments to occupy a bigger Group in peak hours. The trainers are also very friendly and knowledgeable and they guide you in the best way. Special mention to Sujit Sir as he has immense knowledge about every muscle moment and he helped me to loose weight without compromising much on my cravings, i started marching towards my goal all because of Sujit sir. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to join T-REX just get going without second thought.

Nice, Clean and properly maintained equipments.
All trainers are certified and give utmost care and attention to all the members. Special mention to Yash, who is a personal trainer there. He has good knowledge and is certified with proper training.
Over all A1 facility and a great place to workout.

My experience so far is very good. With no prior experience of gym workout, I was little scared to start. But my personal trainer Ajay has been putting best efforts to make workouts enjoyable, challenging and result oriented.
