★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym equipment-wise. But the crowd is enormous(avoid the rush hour). Trainers are okay. The ambience is nice. It suits well for all goals like bodybuilding, powerlifting and cross-fit too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member of this gym since last 1 year. I have been trained by Mr. Raj. I must say that this has been without a doubt one of the best experience that I had so far. With the help of Raj I have successfully managed to lose 2.5 kg with over 2 kg growth in muscle mass. These are incredible results. I am very much impressed by his professional attitude and his knowledge about fitness. I thank him for all his efforts in improving my fitness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst gym and waste of hard earned money. Please do try to come in peak hours to see the indisciplined crowd. Wont recommend. Even parking facilities is pathetic. Facilities like steam also not working most of the time.
