★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy any house from them i repeat dont buy they are unprofessional and they do false commitment as i buy a house in their society goldville go there and ask People who book their houses there they are waiting from.last 3 year for their possession and they ain't got any at the time of booking they told me to finish my unit in next 5 months, till now 3 years completed and its not completed yet worst builders i have ever seen dont buy even a piece of brick.from.them "POSITIVELY"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst construction quality. Sales team of this project will keep on chasing you until you wont book house in this project. Then once they get their amount all the employees behaviour would change all of sudden. They will become very rude to you. Society is not at all secure as they wont have even boundry walls and only 4 to 5 security guards are available which you wont be able to see anywhere. No amenities are available till yet. Staff are not at all professional. I feel its just a trap to waste someone's hard earned money. I would say if dont even think to be a part of this society else it would be a lifetime regret nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the prime location of bhopal and with just a few kms from two big malls. High rise apartments are booked. Only some duplex are left rest are booked. All amenities which a covered campus should hold are here. The place has lot of greenery. The roads are wide enough to park your car and commute at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good society, closed campus. You find duplex of 800 sq. Feet and 1000 sq. Feet.
Good for family , fully residential area.
All domestic house hold things like rations, grovery etc, petrol pump, LPG connection etc etc u can find easily wigh in 700 meters.
The price of all duplex is average amout 50 lacs ... may be it vary depend of demands and area devlopment.
Lots of devlopments are going on.
Schools are avilable within 1.5km.
Highway attached under construction.
In gold ville u can find park, batminton hall, gym, yoga place.
Security guards are avilable to secure the campus. Very peace ful society and attractive design of duplex attract u towars this society.
