You can do many things at one place
There is one medicine shop , thyrocare testing lab, kotgirwar testing tab, ICICI Bank
Saurabh BAWEJA diagnostic centre for purpose of ultrasound
You can also get your clothes dry clean over there in Hi-Tech dry clean shop but the shop is not good so be careful while get your clothes dry cleaned the workers doing work and not the good ones
Thyrocare lab is better as compared to kotgirwar testing if you come pair regarding the price is concerned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple times power cut in day and night. Sometimes power cut for 5-8 hours... Which is not even in a village area. Roads are very poor. Society doesn't have any concern for the same.
As you mentioned about power cut that its a matter of MPSEB concern then why duplex bungalow doesn't have any power cut issues only multi resident Facing issues. Sometimes power cut 20-30 times in a day. I think this is a voltage issue which can be resolved by differentiating main line from slum area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is now bitumen road build right now, easy convince for everyone.also Narmada pipe line also fitted so there people get water connection neary by time.
There is lots of South facing homes so they should take advantage of solar panels when they applied over there roof tops..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is an abundance of greenery in this residential complex. Initially there were only duplexes but recently some flats have also been constructed. It has a quiet and relaxed environment. Seems to be a nice place to live in. The flats are compact and reasonably priced. Will get some photos of the pleasant campus on my next visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place. Social gathering is zero. The builders and agents will tell you they will make a good road like they told everyone else and haven't done so yet. Club House exists and is locked up since a real long time but they will be careful about telling you to pay 12000 rs maintainence charge annually. They have a pool for kids here in the multi, rarely cleaned. House aee big life is posh. Noone comes out and meets. But security is good. They got cameras and gaurds.
