★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living here since 2 months with two of my friends in flat no 316 and i had worst experience of my life . People of the society have sick mentality especially of 3rd floor .They dont like us just because we are bachlors and keep complaining about the every activity we do . On complaining about the same to the owner ,even they told us to maintain low profile instead . People complained that they have problem with us cz our friends of opposite gender came into our flat ,despite knowing the fact that is none of their buisness .And the owner told us to vacate the flat in 2 months for no reason .I strongly recommend not to join this rubbish society .

Okay to live in, the locality may be little tricky at times but ignorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deluxe Flats, Apartment and housing society for home stays. Well constructed and furnished homes with all amenities available. Swimming pool and kids play area. Construction area is nice. Living area with vastu based homes.
2 BHK flats having area measuring 1000 to 1245 sq.ft costs 48L - 60L.

As I can see affordable prices and definitely promising location,
If I consider for the investment and my own stay
This would suit my expectations
1...No proper roads still
2...Pricing is little high/ but can go with this price
3...if I want lesser budget we must go 4to 5km inside, which is not good option as investment for long term.
4...I can reach out to bus stop by walking without needing a vehicle
5...and Mainly it is strategically located near IT parks
We can reach by walk to Tech Mahendra, TCS, Infosys etc
6...accessibility- we can reach to city with in 10mins on elevated fly over, and Nice road also very close by,
Mainly and primarily very close to upcoming HOSUR DOMESTIC AIRPORT and also very close from the Metro Station
7. One thing only you have to consider is as it's already 1 year old building minor alterations would be needed to make .
