★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased door handle of Yale from them. Gave me third quality material which broke within two days and they refused to give me or repair the product. I have purchased previously from them products of thousands of rupees but even then they have refused. The lock which I was asking was not available and hence they asked me to purchase the defective unit. As the lock is not so costly it doesn't matter but the way this shopkeeper behave is ridiculous. No respect for customer, very bad after sales service. Sells duplicate product.Not recommended ......
