★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.... I had booked this banquet for 2 days for my engagmnt and wedding ceremonies...... We have gone through lot of issues like drinking water and cleaning.... I have booked lawn for engagmnt ceremony.. That was the biggest mistake I did.. The lighting were really dimm and decoration was also not satisfactory... I have spend extra money for haldi deoration that was also different from which I wanted to.......They charged extra money for soft music in haldi function and that was really worse.. Evn mobile phone's speaker is better than their speaker... Now about food- For lunch they were supposed to serve gulab jamun but they provide Ice cream..... In wedding function about 5 items from gold menu was missing . Most important, manager named Anubhav is a big lier i have ever met... He will promise you that he will take care of all ur demand and he will charged for that service but he will not do anything........ Evn they will not provide you the basic services which any hotel can provide....

It was amazing experience with good hospitality and delicious food.staff & Manager was polite and they came up with very good offers as well...
If I will talk about venue, it’s very easy to navigate the guests.Its spacious so can be decorated as per wish and theme...
My guests were Soo happy so for that we are happy too and will recommend for this Banquet you to chose??? Keep it up?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a chance to attend the B'day celebration on this Banquet Hall on 30th March , but we were surprised to see (7 pm to 11 pm) only 2 Ac was working for the gathering of approx 100 people. Ask the staff many times reply was DEKH RAHE HAI ho jayega . So we will not suggest to our group and Noida families not to book it for functions. PURI IZZAT UTTAAR DETE H HOST KI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor experience. We had booked the venue banquet for 2 days for engagement and wedding function. The management is really worse and they don't care for customer once we paid the amount. The decorations and food are not worthy of the cost that is charged. What we paid for decor was just unacceptable of what we got. We paid for gold menu and did not received all the items being mentioned. Food served was cold and again needed folow ups. Our point of contact was Mr.Anubhav who was no where to be seen if needs contact. He won't keep his word and will tell customer that it's their fault. We booked rooms and were promised to get early as we had our guest arrived early but we got very late which resulted in chaos in the function. Room service was worst and if we call they used to disconnect our intercom. We asked for car decor and got one of the worst decorations after taking follow ups multiple times. Even the DJ needs to be told to play songs else were sitting idle. I would not recommend booking this venue and should be last choice in worst case scenario.
