★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice residential apartment in Balewadi, Pune. Modern contemporary design, with modern amenities, ample parking, large elevators. It has a very large lobby with a traffic free podium level.
The project has six 12 storied towers, with two levels of car parks. Amenities space includes open lawn with amphitheatre, swimming pool, a community hall and a gymnasium with glass walls. Definitely the best project in Baner, Balewadi and Aundh locality.
