★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best part of this project is the building elevation & connectivity to Balewadi high street . Very nice spacious homes ....best part of the flat is the living room area with a huge balcony !! Loved d project ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dont think of buying flat here, the builder don't care about the people leaving around the project. even after multiple complaints the JCB and pokland works start early morning 6 and goes till late night. all the near by residents are frustrated because of such loud noise of pokland. childrens and senior citizens are more impacted because of this.
if this people can't think about residents then whats the use of buying flat here.. all owners of united Balewadi group has decided to ban klara and not to buy or recommend flat in this project.
Dont waste time in looking for flat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the product and it met almost all requirements of mine except pricing(though very close) and possession (a bit late), still manageable , we did a lot of research & made our mind to finalize it .!!
But, later I found some basic things missng:
- Respect for the customers and their time.
- Commitments
- Transparency
- Honesty
Seems the developer is least interested in above points and only interested in maximizing profit
it took 1 months(against promise of 6-7days) to get token money refunded after many follow ups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i stay in the society next to gagan klara and this must have happened 10 times that because of their construction issues they have broken the wires that serve electricity in our society and we have spent days waiting for them to get repaired. Its sick that the builder knows bout it nd still the issue gets repeated. Consider if hes this irresponsible how would he serve his own residents of gagan klara

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were sold a flat for which the builder didn't have approval from Government.
We enquired everything and seeing RERA registeration of Gagan Klara we never thought that the flat we booked is not approved.
Token amount was credited to their account in the month of October'20 and we were behind them for registration.
Sales executive and CRM team kept delaying, in the month of December'20 we said we want to do registeration by hook or by crook as SDR is going to increase and then we got to know that there is no approval for higher floors.
Builder agreed to pay the difference in SDR amount which was increased in Jan'21. They said they will get approval in Jan first week then they changed their words saying last week of Jan.
Later it shifted to Feb'21 and still they don't have approval.
For approval update we were following up with Sales executive - Deepak, where else it is his responsibility to update the customers.
From past 2 weeks we are the one following for our refund of token we paid. CRM team - Shubhangi is least interested to give us any update , on top of this they are RAISING THEIR VOICE ON US saying we don't have just one refund to process, we have may refunds to process ...
Don't fall prey for this project ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK, let me tell you first that you will not see the negative review from the one who had bought the house in the same project.
But the experience with the sales team force me to write this.
1. Even after 5 months of booking house I have not got the registration process completed, and the sales and CRM team is so irresponsible that you never get a call from them regarding any process, you always have to call them and take follow up from the same. Mostly they will not answer your call so you have to call them again and again and if you are lucky and then it will be answered once in a while.
The team has still not handovered the required docs to the bank for my loan even after 5 months, and everytime i call, they say one doc is pending will get it soon and provide, but that never happened yet. I totally got frustrated of communicating things from gagan to bank, they never took ownership of that.
2. At the time of booking I asked change in common washroom that i want it Indian, and everybody said yes yes thats fine it will be done, you just have to mail to CRM team, which I did. But I did not got any reply for weeks as usual, so i called the team and asked about it and they said yes yes if you have sent a mail then it fine it will be done. Still I asked for the confirmation via email and they said dnt worry it will be done and we will send the confirmation too, weeks gone and still no response, I call again and same kind of conversation happened again and again for 4 months and after that they informed me that they are not accepting any changes.
BOOM
Bought my first house was very happy and time of booking but after 5 months now I am tired and frustrated home buyer ALL thanks to GAGAN sales and CRM team. Would not recommended anyone for any gagan developer project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gagan Klara is situated in prime location and has good floor plan, living and dining area is specious and a big balcony. Sales person Tejpal sir is very helpful and answered all our questions upto satisfaction.
We heard a lot of rumours of litigations for this project but then we decided to hire a lawyer to check it legally . Found out there are No Litigations . Would totally recommend this project.
