Rooms are as good as a 4 star business hotel. Service is quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience the hotel is not at all suitable for wedding functions as its a small place.which wont even accomodate 50 people where they say its good for 80+. The starters served were completely cold.
table and chair were also not clean.
the ice cream was already melted and there was no one on the ice cream counter to serve.
They demanded for liquor license which we purchased but straight away said no to serve liquor on table to guests
Big cheaters!!
Just dont go after the name at all.
poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities are decent and staff is very polite. I visited for a friend's wedding which was happening in the adjacent marriage hall. Heating of the room was not working properly though.

There is best dish of breakfast lunch and dinner facility. And I would like to thanks in the behalf of ajanta phrma Ltd for friendly behavior of all staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was just a average experience, Rooms were not clean, roof not clean, nobody care the pool it was full of dirt. cleaning team does not work properly. Room service is good. They had very less items in dinner buffet , breakfast was good. They charge the security in advance which I saw very first time before check-in they asked me to submit 2000 for the security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all good hotel to stay. Food is awesome. only issue with House keeping. They don't know about bottle opener, where is it available?
Be aware of House keeping person, Can enter your room,without knocking and using their key.
Big size room , awesome break fast

But the services are like as POOR as a THIRD GRADE OYO HOTEL.
1. AC was fixed at 25°.Even after multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix it.
2. Dining bill is forcefully collected by the staff in the night by repeatedly pressing door bell at 3 AM. Which was the 3rd time as most of there swipe machines are not working.
3. Employees are liars which includes lower as well as senior staff.
4. Pathetic & poor service.
5. Refrigerator was not working.
Anybody who wants to spoil their night, can go to this luxurious hotel with B-grade employees.

The service can definitely be improved upon. Felt like the various teams like were not synced up with eachother.
