I, myself lost 12 kgs in 2 month without any supplement, just with the list of exercises provided by trainers.. Fees is also nominal that is 1000/Month.. Steam bath and massaue is also available here.. Its a unisex AC gym, with good quality woofers and two Live match telecasting TV..
