I have been a regular customer for the past one year of gomechanic. They always sought out all the car problems immediately. And they don't take too much money for repairing the car. Highly recommended.

There is no commitment, no positivity. Strictly not recommended. !! Head of company is saying you have to wait for long hours till i fix all other cars , besides he called me to come to workshop. Literally, everything is related to money. As you paid , finish ! Then they dont care .. I suggest to go to Company service centers for better services all the time

Bad experience and very unprofessional staff Owner Rahul is a good person, but the staff is untrained and very unprofessional. Rajesh handled my car for body repair and it was super delayed for delivery. I asked for cashless and it took almost 2 weeks for submitting document to claim insurance. On delivery day Rajesh didn't inspect my car after repair and lot of work was pending. Work is done after I pointed out issues. They even fit a used part instead of new one. Also they charged for parts in bill which were not installed on my car. Overall very bad experience and would avoid going next time.

After a telephonic conversation I visited the workshop to get acquainted with the workshop and obtain more information by face 2 face talk. I was highly disappointed. I told the representative that I talked on phone and my purpose to visit the workshop (18 KM from my place) is to satisfy my self with the facilities available before giving my car for repairs under insurance claim. The workshop is not organised and I was not at all satisfied with the ambience and work culture. As a result I decided not to give my car for repairs as I had sufficient reasons not to do so.

I visited this center for my car oil cooler repair recently and service experience was very nice. I appreciate their way of working and all the work was above my expectations and with full of my satisfactions. I would say, they are one of the best car service center in Delhi/NCR region.

I want to file a written complaint against thhis place. I have used Gomechanic many times before but I have never had such a bad experience. I had put my car for insurance, where they had to change the bumper, fender, axle rod and suspension. 1) They took a week of my time just to get the insurance approved, this usually gets approved within 1-2 days 2) After getting approved, they stopped answering my phone calls for 3-4 days 3) Then I started calling them from different numbers they picked up the phone but started stalling me 4) I surprise visited them to see how they were doing and the new bumper they were fitting had crack in it (the picture below) 5) When I started complaining the staff - Nalin Jha started misbehaving and yelling at me 6) Then when I went to pick up my vehicle, i had cashless insurance but i had to pay in full I paid 24000 despite of having insurance approved - insurance company - national 7) They said the money will come to me in 2 days but it has been over 1 month now and I haven't received the money 8) The whole car alignment was out and the car was not even in drivable condition when I took it home, it was very dangerous to drive but still I drove it home. I have the video with me 9) My DRL (day running light) was working completely fine before I handed them the car they broke that too So to conclude - they didn't repair the car properly - I had to go up and down to their workshop 4-5 times. Their staff didn't behave properly. They lied to my face saying they checked the car and they serviced it well. They stopped picking up phones. And after everything - I had to pay the full amount in cash. They said the money will be reimbursed in my account after 2-3 days and it still hasn't reimbursed - National Insurance I would have raised them complaint in GoMechanic app but they told me to not book it through GoMechanic on the first day. They said booking it with GoMechanic won't be any different from booking it directly and they tell this to all their customers. My car is still not fixed despite of going up and down so many times. I have never been so disappointed in my life.
