★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the GoMechanic service station(Adrich) for my car front suspension issue. They gave me the estimation with much higher price of each parts which i agree to pay. During the work i visited the service station and found out all the MRP price of each parts was much less then the estimated price (which they are using for car repair). When I charge the service manager, he agreed to reduce the total bill amount. Still he added some extra parts and change the labour charges to increase my final bill. My car AC was cooling perfectly fine even during the test drive after servicing. After which i went to pay my bill at the office. While i was coming out of the room i saw mechanic was doing something at the driver seat. I ignored this and drove out from the service centre. On my way. back home my car horn was not working properly and AC is realising hot air. (heating issue) . This is just because of they could not make much profit as i saw all the parts MRP. Most important the are using all the local parts There is no company name on the boxes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. It took them 28 hours to replace brake pads. An entire day went by and they kept saying the executive has not returned with the parts as it's raining. Lol. I even visited the workshop but it didn't help. They didn't bother at all and till 7pm they hadn't even started with the car yet. The workshop is very poorly managed. I went into the waiting lounge and there was the owner of the premises who was talking too loud on the phone and it was so irritating. He didn't bother that a customer was there and kept talking loudly on a personal call. Very arrogant.
The second day they promised to deliver by 12pm but nothing happened so I reached the workshop to expedite the delivery. I paid more than premium for the brake pads but they didn't even bother to clean the car for delivery. They ruined the dashboard with grease and all kinds of finger marks. The steering wheel was covered with dust and mud. The doors were having finger marks of grease on the inside. When I asked them to clean it, they asked for additional money to have it cleaned. I had no intention of paying them more for their irresponsibility and delay so I just got the delivery and had it cleaned at another place.
Personal recommendation, do not visit this place. The manager is a liar and will ruin your car. The owner doesn't bother Whats going on and the place will certainly ruin your car.
