★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price cheat. Go mechanic app is showing CEAT tyre price as 3500/-, their service buddy called and asked to pay 4300/- for same tyre. Escalated to their support team but no resolution was provided. Finally I decided to check with local tyre showroom and they quoted 3,000/- for tyre. Felt cheated with GoMechanic and decided to go ahead with local showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got our Volkswagen polo’s service done from them recently, and trust me when I say this - don’t even think of trying! They don’t provide you quality services, firstly we faced many issues in terms of the car service, we had to request them for denting painting to be done again.. their service providing partners aren’t well mannered and just want to get done with the work, the only thing that could help us in the end was their customer service representative post the car service. But still not satisfied with the end result. Never trying Go Mechanic again!!! Highly disappointed
