★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter crashed my new swift dzire badly in an accident i thought even if it gets repaired i will sell it for sure. I dropped my car at jai shri ram auto service centre for insurance repair. It took them a month to repair my car but when my car got delivered to me i could not believe that it was as good as new.
They really offer good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my vehicle for repair on 26th Sep.and Mr. Murari Sharma workshop manager confirmed that it would take 2 to 3 days to repair however next day got a call from them informing that they can't file insurance claim so i needed to do it myself, again went to the workshop to do that & had to wait whole day there for insurance survey as they had taken my driving licence and vehicle RC but all in vain as nothing happened . Kept visiting their workshop to find that work didn't even start till 30th Sep. On following up for vehicle delivery no confirmation received till 6th October. Very disappointing experience and harassed by these guys until the owner Mr. Sidhart Sharma intervened and ensured door step delivery of my car the very same day when it was raised to him . Hope his team becomes as customer centric as him and customers don't get harassed like this.
Rating it high only for promptness and professionalism of Workshop owner.

From very long time I am waiting for my car to be repair just for some small work.
They also lost my car remote buttons and trying to give me some patch work.
Very bad experience in my first time visit.
