★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for car services. The management is mismanaged and you wait for a long time even for a small query. Your car is on high risk if you leave for any body work you can find screeched or damaged car. Also they misguided for your insurance clame. The images show the quality of work they done. Due to incomplete pasting of windscreen some water enters into car when I said the adviser say that we resolve it but next day he calld me and said there is a crack and you should claim for it. After this he create a fake story and change my windscreen using my claim. But my real accident was not with mirror it was really with front bumper. And they delivered my car with broken bumper and the water entry problem is still same as previous.
Overall never choose this place for bodyshop works or service because they can do anything which affect your car health , they can misguide you , so please take care

Very bad management.. no one is looking on your queries or concerns.
They create a WhatsApp group and add some people but only for formality and no one reply to your queries. I don’t think they add the right people.. may be they add some random people just to show you that they are supervised.
— I will never ever try to choose this service center again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did service my alto car at Prem motors surdarshanpura, Jaipur, Karn(service advisor) called me & said my car has completed but when I reached mechanical work was fine but car cleaning not done properly , I said then they did formality, I said several time but car cleaning not done properly, I am sharing Images of dirtiness, so it was very bed experience with Prem motors, no any feedback call I received, before this I was doing service in kp automotive, no any issue there, also got call for feedback but Prem motors is a very bad place, I will suggest all moruti car user don't do service here, you can also look previous reviews of other customer, it's a wrost place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my car Alto K10 serviced at Prem Motors 22 godam on 24th February 2022. The entire work was done as per the advisors advice. Bill made 13051 rupees but my car gets jerks on driving a substandard serviced car of the lowest class. I am extremely disappointed with the Prem Motors 22 godam service.

This is really disappointing, I have been waiting at Prem motors for a minor issue in my car and from past 5 hours and the issue is not yet resolved. The staff is so rude and unprofessional, unskilled. I request you to kindly expedite the issue, customer can not wait and be unattended.

I met an accident on 17th april and since then my car is with Prem Motors sudarshanpura for repair work through insurance and from last 12 days i have been told that my car is ready and just one part is remaining and that too because Maruti Suzuki dont have that part ready and still they are telling me this only.
When i went to service centre I came to know that repairing of car started just a couple of days ago and they were lying to me all the time.
I highly recommend to not to go with this place, they are too unprofessional.
And the repairing of my car is still not done.
