★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given for car servicing for first time. They have done servicing as per listed items in standard servicing. I took extra service for interior cleaning but it was not satisfactory. I did not find much difference before and after cleaning.
Can say on car servicing after few distance run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.. Specially with the manager who attends the customer there. He gives false warrenty to customer, and when customer came back for the same problem
within warrenty then he is like I didn't give any warrenty. They use the old/used spare parts, so you will have to re-visit in very short time.
I would suggest you guys to see the spare part before open the seal and if manager gives you any warrenty of any spare part then please take it in written. Don't trust anybody in this workshop.
I really had a worst experience here.

I have an old swift petrol model. There was some noise coming from the front suspension for which I visited their place.
The service engineer diagnosed the issue and suggested me to replace the front suspension. I explicitly told the service advisor (at least 10 to 15 times) to replace the old shockups with Maruti Genuine shock absorber.
The next day when I checked the new suspension, I found that the suspensions installed were of "Monroe" brand. When I asked the service engineer about it, he told me that there is no difference and even Maruti uses same parts. His answer was not making any sense to me.
Next day, out of curiosity while checking the brand name on the shockups, I was shocked to see that the shockups fitted are of Maruti Ritz (written on the shockups). The service engineer did not even bothered to call me in this case.
Also, they charged me high amount of bill for Monroe shockups. As per my knowledge, Maruti Genuine spare parts are costly as compared to other brands spare parts. See the prices below.
Monroe Front suspension price(they charged from me) - 3975 x 2 = 7950
Maruti Genuine Front suspension price(confirmed from Maruti spare part shop) - 3540 X 2 = 7080
To summarise the issues -
1. The old part was not replaced with Maruti Genuine spare part when I explicitly asked for. If using different brand, they have not even informed me or took confirmation from me before doing it.
2. They used Maruti Ritz's shocker for my Swift without informing me. I am not even sure whether they are compatible for Swift or not. The height of the car from front side has increased substantially.
3. They charged high amount of bill for Monroe brand shockups from me.
Though the suspension noise problem is solved, I still feel cheated and disappointed due to above issue. If the owner is looking at this feedback, pls take necessary action.
