Gallery/Balcony area seems to be slightly smaller.
The road is under construction which will possibly be done in the coming months/years. Overall a decent society. Has garden, basketball court, Clubhouse, Swimming Pool and good amount of space as Parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Housing Society. get Riverside View. located On New Pimpri Rahatani link road. there are so many housing society project i had seen all over pune and Pimpri chinchwad but the beauty and Amazing architecture of the project will definitely make you fall in love with it. especially in night gives you feel of american country's the way the project look in dark night. The Projects Developer and the Architecture must be Appreciate for these. once some ine saw this i swear he or she will definitely wish to live here
I personally recommend if your looking for luxury life you have to get here and enquire if your lucky enough then you will get any flat here

but for the people to whom it actually matters
There is a crematorium at the back of C building just next to the society's amenities area.
I was very close to book my flat in C building and then i came to know about this fact.
For all those for whom it doesn't matter, society is good and even flats are very spacious and nice, but in case this crematorium thing matters to you, please do a proper location check before you book a river facing flat(s).
They say that its not active but that still mattered to me as i would not want to see that as a very first view from my balcony every morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Project Life 360 has been completed in December 2021. This project is located at a Prime Location. Hinjewadi and Pimple Saudaghar is just next to it. Main Market Area is hardly 5 mins away.
Its very well maintained society.
