Had the worst possible experience using Go Mechanic and giving my car for service here.
At the time of delivery, I was handed a bill for almost 27k that included replacement of front discs. However, upon manual inspection, I found the discs hadn't been replaced at all!
When confronting the workshop owner (Go Mechanic service buddy was absent, as usual), he admitted that the discs hadn't been replaced and deducted the amount from the total bill. This amounts to attempted FRAUD in my books.
This was just one of the 100 things wrong that I've escalated to Go Mechanic, but as usual, no action yet. I don't know, if any service was done to the car, worst I fear they might have done irreparable damage to my car.
Never again, GO MECHANIC is fraud, Sai Auto Service is fraud
