★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am operating kitchen in commercial space provided by Mr Arun kedia. He is trust worthy person as far as commercial commitment is concerned, helpful and cooperative person. Now comes to property every property has ifs and buts as far as green residenza Phase 1 is concerned it's best in its price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing this feedback after my personal experience with JPK enclave and the builder Arun kedia. Below are my feedback:
1) Builder Arun Kumar Kedia is a big fraud and a very indecent person. He will be nice to you till you male the full payment. Once you do the full payment and if you find any issues with property papers etc and ask him for the same he starts using foul language and at times even threaten people.
2) out of my personal experience i can say that he never completes the project as promised and there will be mutiiple flaws and third class amenities that you will find towards the end of the project. Also in our project he left the club house incomplete and ran away.
3) construction quality is also very average and you will start experiencing issues within couple of years of purchase.
4) Biggest issue is you will have issues with the property papers and legal documentation if you ever have to sell the flat.
Out ofy person experience and as a friend i advise not to believe in thus builder and refrain from purchasing property of jpk enclave.
