★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my relative is admitted, and they are not telling about her condition. They are asking for money, only after payment of money they will tell the condition of patient. That's too 60000 per day! How can a HOSPITAL ask for this much money? It's a scam and local governing body must pay heed towards this. Is it even a hospital!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend's family had the worst experience in this hospital...they charged a huge amount of charges everyday...but they don't even know how to treat a covid-19 patients properly...Nd unfortunately my friend lost her big brother who was admitted here more than 10days..medicines were not provided at the right time...doctors nd staff are very irresponsible...They only want money ...their license must be banned.. whoever reading this . please guys don't admit ur patients here.. please DON'T.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Samaritan is a very good hospital in my opinion they have done all they can do for my sister as a patient. Dr Nawaz is a very good human being, some of the staffs were also good,well behaved,one of them is Pritam,a very good person.Over-all I can say it's a well maintained hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital facility is excellent and they provide very good service to everyone in aid. My friend's father was admitted with Covid symptoms. He'd be returning home soon. Thankyou to all the doctors and the management committee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible experience, doctor comes very late at night,and just glances once at all the patients. Juniors only give medicines. Shortage og sister, sweepers work as male nurses. Bathroom condition is truly unspeakable. Pot broken while flushing everything comes out on the floor . No one to clean. For 24 hours of this horror they charged 60,000. They r claiming to be an extension of peerless hospital. Damn rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this Covid -19 pandemic , my father get affected by the virus his oxygen saturation fall to 50 and he was suffering from severe pneumonia. In that situation there were no beds.GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL saved my father's life. Specially the medical officer and management helped us. I'm 17 years old and my mom is a housewife we were not strong enough in financial condition. Up to 20 day's we can not pay any money . The medical officer stood with us . Hospital authorities understand our condition and helped beyond their limits. No doubt that it is the best hospital in Kolkata who gives best treatment in an affordable budget . All doctor's team and staff are hardworking and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not a proper hospital. No proper facilities or trained staff. They just hire people from outside agencies for aya, doctors visit as consultants and it is run on a makeshift basis.
Anyone can run a hospital like this if you have a big enough house and hire people from external agencies when you have patients. They will even mispell the patient name. What a travesty!!
Do not admit your patient until and unless it is the last option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was admitted there for 10 days under Dr. S. K. Roy. He is a good doctor & R.M.O Dr. Tanmoy is also good but the hospital charges are very high. In the name of package they do not even show the daily bills including the detailed charges. They charged 8000/- for endoscopy for meaningless reasons where only 2000/- is charged in labs for it. The food is also very bad. I only recommend this hospital if vacancy is found in no other hospitals in case of emergency as in our case.
