Sample flat shown and real flat constructed has major differences, it's just disadvantage of booking flat under construction.
Height of flat is very less which obviously does not match with sample flat.
With same price you can get much bigger area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ project looks very high priced with so tiny Rooms . I felt like they are selling 1BHk area as 2BHK. Amenities proposed looks good with some additional installation proposed to be provided in flat as well but layout looks congested. PMC water seems to be of concern in Dhanori. its under construction property for which possession is December 2023/24 years as per Rera . people who are saying her that possession is in March 2022 go and check your agreement .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the Flat 2 months before after searching lots of properties . It is an excellent project and Premium Location + Dhanori which is under PMC. It is a renounced builder and i already owe a flat from the same builder. So far so good. With this price and amenities and Freebies , this is one of the best project in Dhanori. Possession is expected by Mar 2022
