★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a first time i have visited such an extraordinary project with almost everything a human needs like infinity swimming pool, gym, landscape garden surrounded walking tracks, etc. All the amenities are like 5 star quality, flats are spacious, luxurious, 24/7 water supply because they got a well inside their property, 24/7 electricity backup including flat, and the greatest thing about the skyways esfera is the location like what a human need near his/her house e.g. shops, education, malls etc. Everything is there you just need to walk for all the essentials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently shifted in Skyway Esfera in January 2022. I am enjoying this location. Builder Staff is very supportive. I would like to thanks Ajinkya,Vishal and teams for support. and Location wise one of the best in porwal road. Builder has fulfilled most of commitment for my flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Skyways was above and beyond our expectations. They made everything so easy. The customer care representative was so impressive . The solution to all aspects like home loans etc. were provided in one place –so we could be sure all of our choices. Our Skyways consultant explained all of the standard features and possible upgrades. I can’t express how stress free and easy the process was to select our features and build our home. It went so smoothly, we knew we made the right choice by choosing Skyways . The service, standard features and commitment to quality was great. We have booked our First dream home as well with good people and the journey so far is better and consistent . Also i have referred my friends and relatives for their projects, coz of my great experience with them.
I would like to take a moment and really appreciate Pravin Singh, Vishal Dhumal and Ajinkya Padwal....I never seen such supportive staff before. We got our flat possession on committed date though there were lot of issues due to lockdown, booking process was very smooth and hassle free.
