★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society. But doesn't have high rise buildings. 11 floors only. But that's not a problem for most people. Cool breeze blows even at ground floors and that too in summers. That's because of Pune weather as well as due to proper ventilation mechanism between the buildings.
