The Palace was originally built to house Janardan Upadhyay (Garg) of Uttar Pradesh, who often came to the region for business. The famous Krishna Temple, Gopaljee Temple, is situated in the courtyard of this palace.
Built under the rule of Rani Janki Devi, the temple also has idols of Lord Shiva. Jagannath Temple and Natmandir are positioned on either side of the entrance. The area comprises two palaces, an old one and a new one. The new one is inhabited by the successors of the royal family. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the temple of Radha krishna, bhole baba, ma manasa, and jaganatha... . It's now a spot for sure short income... I thought to take picture of radha and krishna, the purohit told me not to take pictures, okay that was fine, I do understand that.
But when I found other tourist were already taking pictures, I asked my friend about that, she told me, they gave him money so they were allowed. Bilkul white kala dhandha bana rakha hai hindu dharm ko...!!
All totally the place was good and calm. U can just sit down and sooth yourself. ?
