★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled once only and it was horrible experience. The departure time was of 4 pm but their ac was not working so they took 2 hrs to fix it. Finally the bus departed at 7 pm and it was too overloaded. They had almost 1 dozen people in driver's cabin itself. The driver was also drunk. I was thankful to God that All the passengers and me reached safely to their destination without any mishap. I would prefer to travel in general compartment rather then travelling in their bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus service is very worst, they will not give the service what they promise. Even after booking sleeper seats in advance they give the same seats to someone else who pay more. There is no value of advance booking and payment. These guys are cheater. They don't follow timing but they expect people to follow times. These are arrogant, ready to fight with customers. They even not ready to accept their fault.

I saw bus conductor manhandling travellers. Even after taking ticket after hiked prices. They forcefully take out passanger after beating and quarrel. They also collect money from passengers and force they sit on floor. I recommend not to opt this bus of goons.
