★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unsatisfied with the service. I had a sound or audio output issue. They kept my laptop for 4 days but nothing done concrete. Moreover they formatted my OS that was the worst part without taking permission from us. ALL DATA LOST. THEY WILL FILL FAKE REVIEWS. DONT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEW'S. I WAS FOOLED BY IT.

I got my Micromax Canvas Infinity HS 2 screen replaced from here. Meraj did a very professional and clean job.
Only complaint is they do not provide original manufacturer parts. Even though they do provide a warranty their service its not the same as manufacturer warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my Macbook Pro 2015 Retina model. The trackpad and keyboard won't work. I called up on the number on the google listing and was prompted by Sameer to visit the center. I met Sameer at the center and was super impressed by his ownership. He gave me a commitment to complete the task in 3 hours. And not even 2 hours later, he called me up to tell me that the issue was fixed. Even while I was at the service center, I was pretty amazed by the way Sameer understood the customers and spoke patiently with them on phone and behaved with the walk-in clients. Really appreciate his work! Highly recommended - Just ask for Sameer and stay assured that you'll get the job done.

1. Very prompt follow-up after registering my laptop issue online on their website.
2. Offer fairly reliable pick-up and drop service of laptop (Shailesh)
3. Reasonable repair charges, fair explanation of the issues and expected outcome of repair.
Cons:
1. Pick-up coordinator wouldn't correctly estimate his arrival time leading to a very long wait.
2. A little too optimistic on the time quoted for issue analysis and repair (24-48 hours). They clearly need to set realistic expectations with the customer (I was ready to wait for a week which is what they eventually required).
Bonus:
They did eventually fix my old laptop which had conked for the last 5 years due to water seepage and other agencies weren't able to fix it back then. So big thumbs-up and thanks to their expert team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend this service center at all. Pathetic service and didn't even bothered about the service they provided.
I gave my mobile to replace the charging port. They kept it for nearly 2 weeks and replaced it and after one day of working charging port once again gone. I called them and informed the same. They told that now in this pademedic situation they are not gonna provide the service. I tried calling to get to know about service renewal. Now they are saying that they are not providing any service and return all the mobiles and laptops to the customers.
