★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few days back, I ordered chicken fried rice for my kid's birthday party where almost 80% invitees were kids. The rice was home delivered at 8:45 pm. most of the kids were not enjoying eating the rice and few of them took hardly 1-2 spoon of it. At 11 PM when we took it for our dinner we found its smelling badly and it was not at all fresh. I called them to raise a complain. One of them came to collect remaining packet of food to ensure my complain is baseless. He also found its stinking but still he behaved very badly. Next day when I called the owner he also spoke very rudely as it was our fault to order food from the shop. I asked money back for the packets of food I returned that he gave but at the same time he said not to go to his shop in future. I will never ever go to the shop and will never encourage anyone to do the same. Mistake can be there but any problem can be resolved with good behavior and positive attitude.

Last visited on 12.10.21, ordered Hot Garlic Noodles, Machurian Mixed Rice, Mixed Fried Rice, Dry Chilli Chiken and Sweet n Sour Chicken.. all are just wow!!! Dry Chilli Chicken must try...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gourmet Hut has been one of my favourites since last 10 years. This place is perhaps one of the bests in and around Netaji Nagar and they have been serving good food with good quality and quantity. However, the quality of rice that they use for the rice items could be better. The gravy that they serve with the side dishes should be consumed immediately when hot or else, if you keep it in the refrigerator or have it later, you will find a thick coat of cornflour on top. Same goes for the chicken which is used for the side dishes. I love the momos and soups from this place and I would always prefer noodles over rice from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get tasty and good quality Chinese dishes in a very affordable price, the ambience is really good and very friendly. A must visit for Chinese food lovers. Must try Schezwan noodles, chilli paneer, chilli garlic noodles, manchurian noodles?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer of this place for 3 years now and was satisfied with their quality until a day back..we dined in and ordered noodles and honey chicken...the worst experience...the waiter without any hesitation admitted that the noodles were boiled a day back. The noodles were pasty and soggy ,it tasted like it was overheated for a long time and loaded with onions and chillies and garlic to cover the stale smell . The honey chicken was too sweetened, as if boiled chicken were put into sugar syrup...the consistency of honey chicken was watery ...never would have expected this from gourmet hut...they don't have any courtesy or manners..when I reported there was no apology but the waiter argued quite a deal and was acting really laid back.
Another thing is they don't have any bathroom facility, so it's inconvenient for women and children.
Won't ever visit there, ever.
