About Government Aviation Training Institute
GATI is now based out of Birasal, an independent airfield with open airspace, located 45nm north-north west from Bhubaneshwar airport. The DGCA approved Flying Training Organization(FTO) is well equipped with modern glass cockpit Pipistrel SW121 aircraft, Cessna 172s and a glass cockpit Piper Seneca V multi engine aircraft. The airfield is fully equipped for night flying facilities and has student accommodations within a walking distance from the airfield. A hangar for maintaining and housing aircraft is under construction at the airfield and with the added proximity of the ILS and VOR at Bhubaneshwar, Birasal is ideal for both VFR, IFR and night flying training. GATI is metamorphizing into an aviation training center of excellence and an airline pilot training school unlike any before it in India.

I have inquired about the course and got all the relevant information about the course, about the college etc. All my doubts were cleared properly. Really looking forward for my brother's admission in GATI.

I talked to them over the phone to know the details of the course, and fee structure but the way they talked is very very worst. They have talked in abusive way especily the girl mentioned in the site. She even spoke abusive words. And the other person was also like her only.. They dont want to listen to anyone ,every ones has to listen to them. If talking over the phone is such a worst experience then I can imagine the way and the quality of the course they provide.. The persons who are taking calls ,please learn some basic communication skills like how to interact with the people otherwise change the staff of enquiry..i called you because i cant come to the office for every information. Yes I would have come to ur office had i got relevent info which I have been looking for. But these people simply told me that you shud come to office for details.. Every one cant come to Delhi from South india all the time and for every information. If u dont want to provide information over the phone then please clearly mention in the site to visit ur office in Delhi or odisha for details of the course ..Grow up guys.

Today I spoke with one on the marketing manager Richa Singh regarding admission but the way she respond was so rude n humiliating that I would never recommend anyone to join this training institution. I was going through the reviews over internet and I found that I am not the only one, there are others who had the same experience with this so called marketing manager Richa Singh.
I am thinking to file a complaint against them.

Mannerless girl,who wants respect from everyone but she doesn't have manners to talk with her clients.i had the worst experience talking to her,i called her to enquire about the course but the way she replied was unexpected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provided is pathetic. The girl who goes with the name ‘Richa Singh’, manager, marketing is a mannerless creature. She don’t know how to talk to clients with respect and expect everyone to talk to her with respect. We called up their office to enquire about the fee structure and were welcomed by a rude and abusive Richa. We cannot send our child to such a place where the manager is unfriendly, uncivilized and ill-mannered, and would advice the same to others as well.
I wish i could give them negative star rating.

*Practice what you preach* is a well said quote. So if you want to gain respect you need to learn to respect others first.
The marketing manager at this institute 'RICHA SINGH' no doubt is a mannerless woman.
She do not know how to answer her clients.
Instead of doing her job she is more interested in giving leactures. I think she should resign her job as soon as possible and opt as a lecturer,just a piece of advise. I can't afford to waste more of my precious time on this awful institute.
I wish there was a option for negative rating.

I just wanted to know more about this institute but the way they talk to their clients was so bad , especially the girl ‘Richa Singh’ who is the manager of the office situated in saket .
She was talking very rudely.
For me this is the worst institute .
I will never recommend this flying school to anyone .
