★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this hospital only for the name ,staff and doctor has not helpful they dint have a manner that how to talk with the patients.no doctor available in night. at the last movement they would said that we can not take this case , just take your patients in other hospital,this had done with me when i went there to admit my pregnant wife, they admitted her , she cried whole night with lab-our pain but nobody comes for see her, next morning the lady doctor came and i given all the reports to her , but have not took any action she had not check my wife but she shout at her that you are not avail to do normal delivery you dont have much blood to do this you just go to other hospital.my wife crying with tear when she listen that type of words from her. than i went to tanda hospital really very good hospital that was , i am happy because in that hospital my wife given birth a babychild with normal deliver, this happens with my friend as well at last moment he took his wife to private hospital in baijnath itself that was also normal delivery. my suggestion to all my friends and family dont go that pathetic hospital need to improve in every sector, so please my urge from HP government that pay attention on this matter and rectify the issues. i am not single survival but its happening in regular . hope it will be rectify shortly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is just a first Aid centre only. Lack of facilities here. No doctor is available at night and most of the times they transfer the patients to other hospitals. Staff is so arrogant. This hospital need some attention of the higher authorities. It is just a building in the name of a hospital. Think twice before going to the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here for RT-PCR test. This is the nearest place from Bir, where covid tests are being conducted. Before this I went to upper Bir clinic, they only conduct Rapid Test (screening test for covid). They conduct it in hospital lawn. I went on a rainy day early morning, they were figuring out for location/school to conduct it and asked me to wait atleast for 1-1.5 hours.
At baijnath hospital, for RT-PCR you need to register at counter and get it in written from a general doctor (usually sits in 205). Once that is done go to place where RT-PCR tests are conducted, they will take your information, see prescription and at 12.30 PM will collect sample using nasal swap which takes 20-30 secs/person. You will also receive a notification on your phone number. Everything was free of cost and the process was smooth.
Update 28/04 - it's been 6 days and the reports of RT-PCR are not shared. There is no one to give proper answer for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital I have visited in India. I went for a Covid test. A child was working at the registration desk. The staff was careless about administering the tests, and created a crowd of sick people, most likely spreading the disease. They don’t have a phone number listed on google. Pathetic. The Upper Bir clinic is far more organised and professional.
