★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just behind the persistent technology. Rent is OK but quality of food which they serve is very bad. You have to many other options near by to eat. In terms of cleaning services no comments for it.

In few days I have to vacate this hostal, I have informed the nestway management and caretaker of this hostal abt it well in advance and asked them to refund the 2000rs deposits amount.But the caretaker has become very rude , arrogant and straightforwarrdly said she will not return it. Nestway management also showing very irresponsible and ignoring attitude towards this matter. I am not the only one who is facing this problem. Almost every girl who vacate pg going thru such harassment. These people are not professional. Talking abt cleanliness , this pg is full of cockroaches. They clean washroom once in a month I believe. Abt food, it's worst in quality. Definitely your stomach going to become upset . Tables where they keep food pans are so dirty. If u are coming after 9 pm then u will find all food pans open with dirty spoons kept in them. I am still
struggling with the nestway management and caretaker of this hostsl to get my deposits amount refunded. These ppl are genuine and they will eat your deposite. If u are coming to this pg then take it in written that when vacating this pg management will return your deposits. Else forget about it. I will give this pg minus 10 rating. Because here management is selfish, irresponsible and careless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice pg with respect to all terms like cleaning , hygiene , beds, wifi,washroom,wifi services , internet speed, self make kitchen , basins , spacious rooms , aerable rooms , galleries , availability , twenty four hour service , water supply is excellent, never faced problem of electricity , friendly managers , workers , owner , willing to solve any problem as soon as possible . My overall rating would be 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very friendly and were helpful and accomodating. The Manager was very helpful in booking our initial tours and transportation. He also provided us with a room upgrade which was larger than the one that we originally had. It helped that we were there in the slow season so the guest house was not crowded. Be aware that the two rooms that they have with a view of the Ganges are on the 4th floor of a walk-up (no lift). Breakfast in our booking was included and was good. Also during April we were very happy to have good working AC. Internet was acceptable
