You get to witness and get blessings from Ganesha (Vinayaka), Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvathi Devi.
Maha Shivaratri is a very good time to visit for Darshanam, along with Karthika Masam for Deepa enlightening.

Presumably the honorary work done by lady staff is excellent.poojaris are also receptive to devotees.
Very spacious hall and added to that they have a large hall in the basement with dining tables,chairs, rest room and changing room to cater to any function of 100/150 people comfortably.
They can ideally add a small portion within the hall for homam/havan when a few people may not opt to do in the open.
On the whole very serene and ideal place.
I suggest people should visit this place for any small function at a low budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good temple. Well maintained. Morning 7.30 to 11 am and Evening 5.30 to 8.30 are the temple timings. They have a mini hall where small functions like naming ceremony and other functions for 100 people can be done. There is no Place for parking as we have to park in the road only which is not wide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another of Bangalore's Shiva temples, Gowri shankar Temple sits alongside Jp nagar. The carvings on the temple walls, some of which depict Ganapati and Ammanavru idol with Srirama and Shankaracharya idol too makes highlight. The temple is open from 6 a.m. to noon and 5.30 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
