★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most elaborate, traditional abhisheka. The Archaka is one of the few who recites mantras in a clear ringing voice. We can easily understand the chanting. After flower decoration, Lord Saniswara looked so grand and blessings appear to flow from Him.
The rituals were conducted so devinely that we didn't know how 3 hours passed by. I hope God gives me opportunity to visit often.
Large crowd but surprisingly no pushing and jostling. Prasadam distributed by devotees is a treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I request all spiritual person to not fail to visit this devasthanam. Light the till, oil lamp,enter the sanctum, do archana.
Then you have Navagraha there.
A devoted purohit will do your archana and when you come out, you yourself will feel a sense of happiness, relief from your worries.
Do visit at least on every Saturday.
May Lord Shanidev shower his blessings on all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tranquility!! One word is enough to explain the feeling.. shani temple is very nice. Lord Ganapti temple too is very beautiful and gives feeling of calm and peace. Parking is road side. Checkout for any special dates/events etc. Because it could be very crowded and parking can be an issue. In covid times, no covod SOP is followed.
