★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my Cataract surgery performed by Dr Pawan Goyal at Goyal Eye Institute on 16th Sept. Felt very much comfortable during, pre and post the said procedure. No complications observed. It has well maintained, hygienic premises. COVID-19 guidelines being followed. Staff is cooperative and seems updated to the level of their required responsibilities.

The staff is also very courteous and each person is easily accessible at every step of the surgery. Prefer Goyal Eye Institute not only for the most advanced technology that they use but the experience that the team has to treat the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst treatment received in terms of medical n behaviour.. wat to expect if the head Dr. Pawan Goyal only doesn't knw how to treat people even an elderly lady.
My mother got operated for cataract through lazer by Dr. Anshul Goyal. We got their refrence by a very close relations and with trust opted to go ahead. Before operation all things were shown good with no info for any pre ailments and all things shown positive with removal of glasses also once operation is done fast.
After surgery my mother vision got distorted with pain and discomfort which continued after days of surgery.
Now on reporting the problem to Dr. Anshul Goyal Forget abt solving the issue or telling abt the cause, on thin was given a rude behaviour and a statement that tissue were damaged which existed before surgery n this will remain like this only now so adjust. Wat a lame way to talk and explain the problem facing patient??
Taking a second opinion we got to knw though major surgery was fine but some damage is done due to surgery which Dr doesn't accept.
Over that even on consulting head Dr Pawan Goyal a same rude and unprofessional behaviour is just wat my mother received without even given a patient ear to listen to a problem and pain and discomfort she is facing after surgery.
In end wat we left is the distorted vision and rude and disrespectful and unsatisfactory visit.
I completely dissatisfied n worst medical and personal experience. We highly not recommend to vist this money minded egoistic clinic where on contrary believing doc's are to be in noble profession. Pls consider a better clinic in city but not this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If any option available for zero then I'll choose that one.. I went there 3-4 years back for operation of my brother.. Mr. Goyal said that my son will do this operation .. we were not in favor as we only want it to done by any expert but they misguided us and said don't worry I'll do it myself but it was operated by his son and Dr. Goyal said all is okay but my brother was not satisfied that time as well but he said that today is first day you will feel better after 2 or 3 days but we just faced the problems just because of Dr. Goyal's experiment now my brother's eyesight again weak... Very much disappointed with the treatment and behaviour of Dr. Goyal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Dr. Pawan Goel is the right man to meet. He has immense knowledge about eye surgeries and is really helpful. He does not hide anything from patients.
2. Mostly women staff is there and they treat everyone with due respect.
3. Doctors and staff are highly professional.
4. Very clean place and sophisticated infrastructure.
5. Two-wheeler parking is available but not 4-wheeler.
