β β β β β They are still need to learn how to provide good customer service and after sale service with good mannerism and quickly. My DOB they updated in their system incorrectly and I realised it after 5 years. As I had checked my policy bond thoughly which was all accurate but recently when I got their email with premium paid receipt which had option for opening the document with my DOB or policy number as epassword. When I enter my DOB it showed me error so I contacted their customer care and the funny thing was the executive asked me to verify my name, phone, address, DOB and nominee then he told me that sorry I cannot provide you any further assistance because your DOB is not matching. I asked him why it's not matching because you have all my valid documents and did kyc but he didn't given me a firm reply so I asked him to transfer the call to any senior officer which he denied. I had then requested him to mail me with all this details that when I contacted you I had given you my DOB which is not matching with your records so I can take up this matter with all the relevant authorities including IRDA. But as per their illiterate data entry operators the customer care executive was also acted same thing. I have emailed them about this matter and their reply came to me as please enter your policy number to open the pdf document, I am surprised that how simply they ignored the real concern. How will they treat my family in future for whom I had taken this policy as a relief and future security. Shame on you #sbilifeinsurance and for your kind information it's your fault and you have to take the accountability of proper action to rectify this typographical mistake and do not ask me to prove anything as I have already given you my Pan, Aadhar, voter I'd, address proof everything with the proposal form and after issuing the bond also. My policy last digit code is #7806 " case ID 15630696
