★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gram panchayat office is little inside from the main road, little difficult for 1st time visitors to find it. The staff is very co-operative and supportive. Since they are used to work offline (mahangar palika in panvel is online) any application will take minimum a week of time to execute. No crowd when I was there. Bring xerox copies of your document as there no near by xerox shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow and delayed process. Birth certificate will take 20-120 days minimum. Theymight also misplace ur hospital info slips.

Public time doesn't matter to them.
They will work as per their convince.
They take break any time. No proper timings for lunch break.
If u want your work done you need to do complaint to get your work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very supportive and helping staffs. I visited theis office for birth certificate. It took around a week only.
Though location is a little bit inside but you can reach by your own vehicle. Parking space is not available in front of office for cars, but two wheeler can be parked in front of the office.
Photocopy and printout facility is not available nearby.
