★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!! We suffer constant power cuts all through the year, especially during monsoons. Bhingari is one of the worst sub divisions of MSEB. Complaints are not heard, employees are all lazy, don't even pick calls and have no sense of responsibility. If MSEB can't provide electricity service properly, it's better you sell it off to private org. Stop harassing citizens with your pathetic service.
