★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to fulfill all your sporting needs, the kids can enjoy by riding the bicycles inside the shop. Lot of items available for camping. Special equipments at lowest price which you will not find in any other supermarket. Once we had placed an order for our school Alumni meet, names to be printed on our T shirts it was done beautifully and delivered on time. People friendly staff. Wonderful place to enjoy with your family on a weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend stays here, I visited him over the weekend. Overall the idealogy and concept behind the villa is amazing. Since I don't stay there I can't give detailed review. From my friends experience everything is as expected, slightly on pricey side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no other property in Sarjapur as this one. There are plenty of villa projects but this one stands out for it sheer opulence and open space. Parking and entry is through basement. They do have limited visitor parking. Fully secure and entry restricted through permission. Big club house with all the amenities. Villas have enclosed gardens on front and back.avg rent >60k + 10-15k maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located in the growing tech hub of Bengaluru. Near it there are a lot of facilities like Wipro, Decathlon and they also have a restaurant of their own in the clubhouse.
They have loads of amenities like a basketball court and a swimming pool, not to mention the tennis and the badminton courts.
This place also has an advantage as there are many schools which are located close to it.
It has a lot of scenic beauty and also has a lot of open space making it an ideal place to take a jog or to cycle during the evenings.
This place is very nice and I personally think that buying a villa in this place is quite worth for the money you are paying.
There is a major disadvantage of network connectivity in this place as it is located on the outskirts of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited the place. There are quite a lot of amenities and well maintained. The villa design is also good. However, one of the major drawback was of guest parking and the security guards looked very inefficient. There are only 4 guest parkings in front of clubhouse which were full and we went to the villa which has 4 parkings but some unknown people has parked and security guards were neither able to find and remove those vehicles nor was able to find a parking for me. This took almost 30 mins and we had to leave without seeing the villa. So, in such a big villa project looks like there are only 4 guest parkings and to add to that the inefficient security guards. One more point I noticed that the walking lanes are very narrow and although a 14 acre property, there are not many walking areas.
