โ โ โ โ โ I bought a packet of After Eight Mint Chocolate Thins from Grand Bazaar near to my office today i.e. 26th Augustโ16 for INR 450 in lunch time at 2:28 pm. From the store till my office is a 3-5 minutes walk. When I reached office, I opened the After Eight box to share with my colleagues. To my disappointment, the upper paper layer and the cover from inside was all sticky (because of mint). When I removed the paper from the thins, I saw that the chocolate is completely melt due to which mint has come out of it. It was not at all in the condition to even take out one thin from the box. As I had prior commitments in office, so at around 4:20 pm I went back to Grand Bazaar to complaint and get it replaced as it was more about the storage of the product at appropriate temperature than the quality of the product. On reaching the store I informed the boy at the counter about the issue and he sent another boy to the store manager with the box of After Eight. After few minutes the manager and boy returned to tell me that I have not kept it properly that is why the chocolate is in such condition. After giving set of logic and arguments, he asked his staff to open another packet. When the new packet was opened, it was melt but still in a better condition. I thought that he might replace the old one with this, but then he refused to do so and asked me to take the box of melted chocolate only. I asked him to connect to someone senior, but he said that he is the one who manages the stores and he is the final authority. I told him that I have not paid so much of money for this quality of product and I am not going to carry this back with me. To which he said that itโs fine and then left. I also took the pictures and then left the box at the counter of Grand Bazaar only.

โ โ โ โ โ If you don't find anywhere else, you'll definitely find it here. Grand Bazaar is one of the best shops in Kailash Colony stocking groceries, essentials, and pretty much everything.

โ โ โ โ โ They are well stocked in almost everything under the sun. I wish they would offer discounts like Spencer and other likes. They are mostly stocked on imported variety of things and becomes a little inconvenient when you are looking for normal indian brands for basic items.

โ โ โ โ โ Doesn't deserve one star also .Recently purchased the cadbury oreo cookie the box contains only 2 packs however it states 3 on the cover. Do we now need to open the biscuit packing to check if the number is as mentioned at store?Very disappointed.
