First my agent refuse to renew my policy n asked me to visit here.when i reached i found staff was not come from lunch.around 2.40 they came n renew my policy and told me that your policy will reach at your place in 2 to 3 days.after waiting 3 months and many reminder they sent my policy to my place.when you call them, their phone is not working or they will not pick eather.staff is in picnic n no working mood always.

It's rare to find anyone willing to work sincerely but the other staff is not cooperating.
