Nice builing design but construction quality is a bit poor and less space for Parking.

Society has been designed so well, you would love to spend your spare time here. Greenery is well maintained and Society is utilizing green energy the best way. Society is safe for the children and elder people. Security staff is cordial. Basic amenities like grocery are a little bit far as long as society shopping center is not opened.

1. This is a new affordable society. 2. Not fully occupied and few of the family has shifted. 3. People who lives there, are complaining for poor quality material used. And asked for the government to audit there quality and other parameters. 4. Please check all details before you invest your hard earned money.

Don't Purchase from them after sales service is poor They take maintenance charges for 5 years as well as flat condition is not good , Service team is not helping never pick call specially vinod and kishan Both are from signature Global. Pre paid metre not installed till date charged in Advance ..... Society maintenance 2700 per Month charge from July Flat got Handover on 11 Dec in poor condition. What to say please suggest people never pick call ...just chase them

The construction is really bad across multiple towers. Every day, there are so many complaints like cracks in walls, water seepage, long power cuts multiple times a day even though it has been less than a year since handing over the flats. Lots of workers, working inside as carpenters, plumbers and other construction related works have no regard for cleanliness. They keep spitting where ever they feel like whereas the society documents claim of asking them to deposit gutkha, paan etc. at the gate. If you are looking to rent, get everything clarified with the brokers/owners beforehand before paying them. They promise you paradise but all you get is a sub par flat! P.S. - I am writing this at 00:54 on 13th April, 2022 as there is no power for the past 7 hours, no one knows why and I am unable to sleep due to mosquitos!

About Property - It is located in Sector 103, Gurugram. Approximately 1.6km from Dwarka Expressway and ~1km from another National Highway on the other side. So far the property is surrounded mostly by Farms. There are other societies in the perimeter and you would not feel alone. There are other properties nearby like Satya, Puri, Indiabulls and Godrej. In couple of years, expect more properties nearby. Location - From Dwarka, it is approx. 14-15kms, 10km from Sohna Road and Rajeev Chowk. Approx 12-13km from Ambience and Cyber city. Amenities - Society has a community hall whoch can be booked by the residents by paying a security amount of ~3K and some nominal charges. It has a Skating Ring, BasketBall Court, Badminton Nets, kids play area, Commercial Complex with approx 30 shops fro groceries, most of them are currently vacant. Power backup for common areas, not the residences. Investment/Appreciation - Invested in this property 5 yrs ago and just received possession a month ago. So far the property and the atmosphere looks nice and relaxing. Will post an update post 6 months. Appreciation of the property between construction and Possession has been ~15-20%. I was expecting close to 50%. But with the Dwarka Expressway coming to completion by the end of this year and the metro plan getting clearance, I'm hopeful that the rates would go up to 70% by the end of next year. Construction - Mostly the structure is based on cemented bricks and not the usual red ones. The reason for this is that high rise buildings mostly use cemented bricks as the weight is low and it helps the beam take more load. At the same time, some people maynot like the build quality as it will come breaking down with a nail. 2BHK - There are 3 different types of 2BHK layouts, I have Type C which has one of the biggest carpet areas under affordable housing which is 613sq.ft + 96sq.ft. of Balcony Area. There are also 1 Bhk and 3bhk (Approx. 646 sq.ft). Security - The society is well guarded and is covered with CCTV. They don't let anyone in without verification. Festivals are well celebrated by the residents. From Republic Day To Holi, Diwali. There is a mix of high rise and low rise towers. Here are some pics of the view I get from my 12th floor. I so desperately wanted the Back view of the society where there are farms, followed by a water body. Love the view ❤️ Will post more pictures of the house once i move in couple of weeks.
