β β β β β We Checked 1665 sqft 3BHK apartment. Here is my review.
1. Connectivity is poor from the upcoming dwarka expressway
2. The flats available at this moment (3BHK) are all above 22nd and above floor.
3. Rooms are small, to an extent that one of the bedroom cannot fit a queen-size bed.
4. It's a new apartment, but the materials are chipping off.
5. The this is the most important, people working here judge you on the basis of you clothes and the vehicle u have driven in.
Not professional.

β β β β β Any one thinking invest or buy property develop by Paras Builtech, it would be better to throw your money in bin or ready face series of headache.
Worst quality construction, unlawful people and an owner of flat poorly constructed and delivered more than 3 years delay. It woul be hard to find any poor value company. Keep distance and save your hard earn money, don't do any mistake by just thinking to invest in any project of this poor quality and poor value company. They don't deserve single star but no option to rate below.....

β β β β β Good society with many amenities. Basement parking available even for guests. Spacious. Accessibility is a concern as Dwarka expressway under construction. Order access roads are also i not in good conditions

β β β β β Before u think of buying a flat here, visit few flats n basement where u can easily see the reality. Condition is extremely bad of these so called luxury flats where the maintenance is around 8500. Clear view of graveyard from A tower . Nothing is being taken care of even after 100 complaints. Highly unprofessional n irresponsible management of paras dews. Anytime the incident that happened in chintel can take place. Beware!
