Here is the concluded message.
1. Extremely pool construction quality. Balconies are falling off. Almost in every tower.
2. Tiles on floor coming out
3. High Risk for kids as balconies falling apart anytime
4. Seepage problem in most of the flat, paint is coming out and falling off
5. Basement has constant seepage problem, you can't park your car unless you want free wash. During rain basement becomes swimming pool
6. Tower B faces sewer water, smells bad and mosquitoes breeds
7. Solar hot water system is not working since years, no usage at all. Be ready to install geysers
8. Basement pillars are cracked and rusted due to constant water seepage. High risk on core structure of building. No one is looking to fix the problem.

1. High maintenance. 50+ defaulters in society who does not pay maintenance, which puts burden on resident who lives in society.
2. Builder not repairing the fallen balconies, core structure of building has become risk due to poor construction quality and bad material used during construction. Tower B balconies have fallen. All other tower's balconies have cracks and has started falling
3. Car parking is too tight, two SUV can't fit side by side, otherwise it will hit doors to each other. Car parking size is not accordingly to norms. Builder has illegally tighten the car park space to produce more car parking and make money out of it.
4. There has been many incidents of lift operation, people/kids being stuck in lift

The balconies are the best. Designed to be huge terrace gardens (with an option of soil surface instead of tiled), most residents have lush green gardens in their home!
Many stores have opened up inside, right outside and nearby. All types of home deliveries are possible. All goods, food and services are available. All every online store/service caters here with ease.
