Well designed A & B Buildings with amenities like Gym, Children Play area and Club House.
Buildings, drive ways and amenities are designed beautifully gives big spaces to roam around and feels elegant.
Construction quality is also up the mark and dedicated engineering team is always on toes to support any of the situation.
Entire GV7 project promoters devloped the approach road beautification and plantation at road side. Very neat and wide approach from highway. So its pleasant even walking distance away from the raod.
Area is now under PMRDA - Pune smart city plan so many things to come nearby from PMC.
Anyone willing to buy property at GV7 must visit the existing projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder is making new phases and apartments and you can book flats in advance.Sites are still in construction but will soon be ready.Society is away from the main highway so the atmosphere here is very calm and quiet.Singhad Institute is located nearby.Podar International School is just beside Grand View 7, thus providing easy access of school for your child.

As per my knowledge this project offers from 1BHK to 3 BHK apartments which are equipped with all necessary amenities including club house, indoor games, kids playing area, and provide good nearby connectivity. I recommend and suggest to visit and overview the project so that feel the place.
