★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gravity consultants is probably the worst consultant you’d go to.
They blacklisted me for refusing to interview a (non-entity startup) company which refused to reveal their salary budget for the role.
As far as I’m concerned I’m completely within my rights to refuse an interview if I don’t think the company is great or if I don’t know what kind of a package they have to offer for a particular role.

Owner believes that if he has shown you 5 candidates, you need to choose from them. Doesn't matter if they match your profile or not.
