★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As by name you can understand that it is Federation office for all cooperative housing societies and Apartments which are newly added in their work area.
The housing society or apartments has to register their association with federation by paying some amount for registration, their newsletter and allied services.
Federation also provide all statutory forms, registers which are to be maintained by the society as per law.
The federation also provide legal consulting, dues recovery, redevelopment consulting services for their members.
What is more expected is more prompt and professional services and attitude towards the services rendered. Since, it is located in city area and old building, the federation do not have parking space for any type of vehicles.
It is always better that we have such federation available for reliable services as societies has to suffer and has so many problems due to lack of knowledge.
