★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very great place...... Quite and calm place .. located near Gopalan mall Mysore road ..... You can see nayandahlli railway station from here ... ....Little inside from the main road ....... But you will get lot of traffic on the Mysore road ....... You have Ganapati temple near this apartment which very good .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt the gap in the steps was too much.. and a child can fall through it. The marketing told me that is the architect design. Then we were shown apartment in 15th floor. I told the other marketing guy that the gap in steps is enough for a child to slip and fall through.. but i think SAFETY is not given important here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to a guest house flat on 7 th floor perhaps B block i think.The construction quality appears excellent , planning fantastic, fittings of superb quality , prominent marking of flat locations, well maintained fire protection systems, very well behaved unassuming security staff.Met some strangers who were friendly.Liked the place.Families would love to spend their time in home enjoying swimming pool and other facilities i feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not pure Residential place one block dedicated to service apartments belonging to builder which will create menace in future, has very high maintenance cost which does not include amenities fee, It has non-approved flats on terraces, I won't buy or recommend..
