★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had initially booked a flat with them in GRC Subhiksha and had to request for a cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances.. I requested them to refund the amount which I had given the token amount for booking. They took almost 4 months of time to return the money. Please check and validate 1000 times before even buying a flat here. Mr Pratap (Sales manager) had behaved very adamantly and had didn't even give me the money and used delaying tactics to harass me. It's a big no for any project from GRC..

Different tasks are allocated to different teams which brings more transparency, clarity and accountability. Yet to move in. After moving in, will share one more review on moving and living experience and build quality.
