β β β β β VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE THEY HAD SENT THE OLD AND DENT PRODUCT TO US VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDED BY THEM THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I VISITED THERE AND BOUGHT THE REFRIGERATOR ON SPOT INSTEAD OF KHOSLA WHICH IS FAR BETTER THAN THEM. DISGUSTED PEOPLE THERE THE CONTACT NUMBER OF THE SALES PERSON PROVIDED ON THE INVOICE IS FAKE.

β β β β β We thought this experience could be better as we were paid the full payment in advance and they assured us it will be delivered within 2 days max but we had to call several times for delivering earliest and after 7days it finally delivered so our experience was not good because they are very irresponsible..

β β β β β Very bad service. After billing they said installation is not free. Delivery delay for 4 days. In store they told 2022 model but delivered 2021 model which price is less than 2022 model. Last 4 day they told that today it will be delivered. I buy lots of things from other great eastern they were good but this great eastern is worst. At first they will say less price but after billing their other charges will be added like installation.

β β β β β POST SALES SERVICE IS VERY BAD!!
I bought two Carrier Air Conditioners.During installation of the outer unit technicians informed me that I need to arrange the building ladder(bhara) on my own expense and also they are charging the additional materials price at a very high rate than the normal market rate. When we complaint against it to Great Eastern they simply mentioned that they cannot help.
So before purchasing any AC from great eastern just be aware that during installation if you face any issue they will not help you out. I think post sales the local sellers are much helpful. Unfortunately this is my experience.

β β β β β Nice place. You will get almost every appliances. Reducing 1 start as staffs were not that much professional and was not so serious about their job. Staffs need to maintain shop decorum or professionalism. As they were making so much noise inside the shop which really make me feel like I am in fish market.

β β β β β Variety of products available but staffs are not so professional. Bought one TV and speaker. The sales person was very professional. He have good knowledge and patience as well but other staffs are not so professional. The lady seats at billing section need to be more vigilant at work. Over all experience is good as I got so many choices to chose from. Delivery and installation was quick. Installation guy have very good knowledge regarding his work.
