★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to have a residence. Yes there are liquor shops around but never seen any nuisance out of them in this 01 year of stay. Building is just adjacent to BT Road and it has a great view of the cityscape . Ever vibrant place to enjoy with all sorts of restaurants around you. Spencer's is within the buildings and they've a very good stock & variety. Definitely recommended ? ?
